1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and/or requesting services from Quick Sump Service, Inc., you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Services

Quick Sump Service, Inc. provides Hydrovac excavation and Comprehensive Water Services, including but not limited to; Vacuum Truck Services, Car Wash cleaning, Potholing/Daylighting, Storm Drain cleaning, Utility locating, Construction Site Services, Flood Cleanup, Hydro Jetting, and Hot Wash and Sanitization. Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and other factors.

We do not accept, transport, or dispose of hazardous waste or materials. 

3. Quotations and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Quick Sump Service, Inc. are non-binding until confirmed in writing. Prices may vary depending on site conditions, access, volume, and other factors. Additional services may result in additional charges. 

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due as outlined in the invoice or service agreement. Late payments may be subject to fees or interest as permitted by Utah law. Payments left outstanding 15 days after the stated due date on the issued invoice will accrue 2.5% interest per month until paid. The invoice date unless stated otherwise, will be the date of service completion. Terms specified on the invoice will constitute the contract of service. 

Payments made by credit card are subject to a 3.5% credit card processing fee which will be added to the invoice total when the invoice payment is processed.

5. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Emergency Calls

Scheduling is subject to availability. Customers must provide at least ???  hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Quick Sump Service, Inc. reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late notices.

Emergency Calls on Saturdays: Quick Sump Service, Inc. is not open on Saturdays. Any emergency calls received and responded to on Saturdays will be subject to an additional emergency service fee. Requests for scheduling received on a Saturday and scheduled to be completed during normal business hours will not incur the weekend emergency fee. 

6. Liability

While every precaution is taken to ensure safe and efficient service, Quick Sump Service, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Safety and Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring site access and safety for our team. Quick Sump Service, Inc. complies with all applicable Utah regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Quick Sump Service, Inc. and is protected under copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Privacy

Quick Sump Service, Inc. respects your privacy. Personal information collected via our website or service request forms is used solely to provide services and communicate with you. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

Quick Sump Service, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Utah.
